Since we provide digital products (PDF books and downloadable content), all purchases are subject to the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation

Once an order has been successfully placed and the digital product has been delivered or made available for download, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

3. Exceptions

A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:

1. You were charged more than once for the same order.
2. You did not receive the purchased digital product due to a technical issue that could not be resolved.
3. The wrong digital product was delivered.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the payment provider's processing time.
